Why this matters
AI and cloud tools increasingly sit inside ordinary operating budgets. Pricing that is fragmented across seats, tokens, credits and add-ons makes comparison harder for smaller buyers.
What good looks like
A buyer should be able to understand the likely bill, what can change it and how renewal works without a sales call or a forensic reading of separate pricing pages.
